About
Built in the room with real founders.
Now laid out for you — the same framework Rob runs with leadership teams one-to-one, opened up.
Who runs it
I'm Rob Way.
I help driven people — entrepreneurs at heart, the ones who love the hustle — work out who they are, what they're here to do, and how to get there.
My approach is personal, raw and hands-on. I've spent years across business and personal development, and I've learned the two aren't separate problems. The founder is the business in the early years, and the business can't get clearer than the person running it. So that's where I start.
I value authenticity, courage, pragmatism, fortitude and family — and they're not on a poster, they're in how I work. Direct when it serves you. Patient when it counts. Always trying to leave you with something you can actually use.
What it is
A process for getting a business — and the person running it — clear.
Not clear in the vague, motivational sense. Clear in the make-better-decisions-tomorrow sense. It runs in four stages, sixteen sections, always in the same order: identity first, then positioning, then execution, then the operating rhythm that sustains it.
The reason for the order is the whole point — every decision downstream inherits its alignment from the one above it. Get the identity right and the strategy gets easier. Skip it, and you're optimising tactics that were never pointed at anything. Tactics without identity is just noise before the defeat.
What you get from the framework
- →A clear read on who you are and what you're here to do — values, purpose, vision and legacy, named and on the page.
- →A brand and business model that position that identity where it can win.
- →Goals, strategy, tactics and habits that turn the direction into a plan and daily behaviour.
- →An operating rhythm — marketing, structure, meetings and tools — that keeps it moving without you holding it together by force.
